The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has appointed Nathan Kiely as the National Team Strength & Conditioning Coach. The Australian joins on a two-year contract beginning 15 April 2024.
Kiely holds an Australian Strength & Conditioning Association (ASCA) level 2 certification and has experience in professional cricket and, the rugby league.

From 2018 to 2021, Kiely served as a Physical Performance Coach for Cricket New South Wales, where he worked with various teams including NSW Pathways, NSW Blues, and the Sydney Sixers (WBBL team).

Prior to that, he was a Speed & Agility Coach at Roger Fabri's Speed & Agility Academy from 2017 to 2018.
Before joining the BCB, Kiely worked as an Athletic Performance Coach specialising in Speed & Reconditioning for the Brisbane Broncos rugby team.
