Bangladesh captain Shakib Al Hasan is doubtful for the upcoming New Zealand white ball away series in December following their home Test series against the Kiwis later this month.

Shakib has already been ruled out of the home series due to his fractured finger, which he is carrying from the ODI World Cup.

When Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) doctor Debashis Chowdhury was contacted to know Shakib's current condition, he told Cricfrenzy that Shakib's injury will be re-examined after three weeks.

If you don't wait for three weeks, you won't really understand. So after three weeks we will check the X-ray and take a decision,” said Debashis.
