Bangladesh pace bowler Ebadat Hossain said that he is keeping himself fit by running during this idle time at home due to the coronavirus pandemic.
There is no cricket around during this time of crisis and all the cricketers are staying back home as lock down is prevailing more or less every part of the country.
Ebadat insisted that he is keeping himself fit by running and added that at present he is more concerned with his seam position more than anything else.

‘’I wake up at dawn, say my morning prayer and go out for a run. At that time, there is nobody around, everybody is sleeping. I run for 2.5 -3 kilometers every morning,’ Ebadat was quoted in a leading English newspaper on Monday.
‘‘I had bought some training stuff and kept in my home few months ago so that I can keep training in vacations,’’ he said.
‘’These things are coming in handy. Besides I do freehand exercises, planks etc. Trying to build core strength,’ he added.
Ebadat was once a volleyball prayer for Bangladesh Air force but he broke into the scene through the pace hunt in 2016.
Ebadat career has been halted by injury in his early days but now look to play regularly in the national team precisely in the longer version.
Ebadat said that he is working hard to get his pace back, by adhering to the directions of Ottis Gibson, the current pace bowling coach of the national team.
‘‘I spent a brief period with Gibson. He said my action is fine. We were working on the seam position; I was also looking for suggestions about how to improve my pace. But suddenly everything came to a halt,’’ said Ebadat.
