Bangladesh is taking on West Indies today at Malahide Cricket Ground, Dublin. West Indies Captain Jason Holder has won the toss and elected to bat.

Mashrafe – Shakib’s Bangladesh will want a win today to secure their place in the tri-nation final against West Indies. Bangladesh’s win today will confirm the exit of host Ireland from this tri-nation series. If Bangladesh loss then, we have to keep an eye to last group match between Bangladesh vs Ireland.    

Bangladesh have beaten West Indies in their first match by 8 wickets and their second match against Ireland was abandoned due to rain. Points were divided between Bangladesh and Ireland in that match. West Indies are currently on the top of the table with 9 points, Bangladesh is on 2^nd with 6 points and Ireland is sitting at the bottom with just 2 points.  West Indies have already secured their place in the final with their two wins Ireland.

There may be just one change in Bangladesh’s squad today. Pace bowler Abu Jayed Rahi may make his debut today on the place of all-rounder saifuddin, who suffered from a slight niggle on his waist during training.
