Khulna Division rode on a crucial hundred from Tushar Imran while an inglorious wipe-out that saw the team getting restricted at a petty score of 210 runs.
Imran, the country’s all-time top-scorer in first class cricket, stood firm against a clinical bowling unit of the Rajshahi Division in their first National Cricket League clash in Tier 1, on Monday (October 1).
From the Khulna-based team, Anamul Haque and Nahidul Islam made 26 runs each while the eight other batsmen failed to exceed the 15-run mark.

Mizanur Rahman remained unbeaten on 74 runs and will resume the second day’s play alongside the new batsman, Junaid Siddque.
Shafiul Islam was the pick of the Rajshahi bowlers as he bagged a fifer. Delwar Hossain and Sunzamul Islam took two wickets each while Farhad Reza picked up a wicket for the side.
