Tamim reaches another milestone

Tamim Iqbal is a man in form. From the erratic youngster to
the responsible adult, the dashing left-handed batsman’s rise to the top has
been phenomenal to say the least. He is now among the crickets of the top
echelons and there seems to be no stopping him.
Playing in Bangladesh’s 3rd game of the tri-nation
series, Tamim Iqbal has gone past the score of 66. While it might not seem like
a great thing at first, a deeper look at the crevice will reveal the shining
light within it.

Tamim Iqbal has completed 6000 runs in ODI cricket and is
steadily on his way to reach the 10000 club—where only the elites of ODI
cricket reside.
He has reached this figure in his 177th ODI game
and at an average of above 35. We can only hope that he continues his wonderful
form and reaches the 5 figures before he brings down the curtains to his
illustrious career.
