'I will try my best to give hundred percent'

Mohammad Mithun has been selected to represent his country in the upcoming tri-nation series that involves Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe as well. The keeper-batsman understands that his performance was below-par when he last played for the national team.


Recently he discussed certain matters in a press conference and let his thoughts known. He also revealed his hunger for betterment.


"Actually it is always painful to get dropped from the team. Nobody wants to get dropped. It is everyone's dream to play and perform for Bangladesh. The dream has once again come true. So personally I am happy," he said.

"There's no limit to playing well. There always scope for improving what I am doing. I haven't been able to show my quality in international cricket. 


The 27-year-old is determined to do something for his national team. He has assured his firmness of purpose to perform well whenever he gets the chance.


Mithun said, "My first target definitely is to play well for Bangladesh, to do something good. Maybe I've played well for the club or franchise. But the ultimate goal is play well for Bangladesh team. I will try my best to give hundred percent effort to do something for the national team."
