Bangladesh Cricket Board [BCB] president Nazmul Hasan said that they are considering appointing a psychologist for players to train them about controlling off-field behavior issues.
The board in principle has already taken some decisions against the indiscipline and scandalous players what they will soon make it public.
Sabbir’s alleged involvement in a social media fracas with a fan remained the most talked-about incident in the recent past and that is said to have played a major impact on his omission from the Asia Cup squad.

Before the Sabbir’s incident took place it was Nasir Hossain’s so-called affair and break-up followed by allegations from Shah Humayra Subah, which made BCB uncomfortable.
Humayra hogged the spotlight in the social media by disclosing her intimate personal conversation on Facebook.
Recently Mossadek Hossain’s wife lodged a dowry harassment complaint against the cricketer who claims to have filed for divorce from his wife.
Fast bowlers Rubel Hossain, Mohammad Shahid, Al-Amin Hossain along with spin all-rounder Nasir Hossain, Sabbir Rahman Rumman, and Arafat Sunny were involved in women-related issues in the past. The board has previously fined Al-Amin and Sabbir for such issues.
“We are thinking if we can appoint a psychologist who can train them in this regard [behavior management],” said Nazmul.
“We are also thinking to come up with a guideline where we put down in details about their do’s and don’ts and make them sign in it,” he said.
“In that case it will easy for us to determine their issues and act accordingly,” he said.
