The committee will be led by the NSC director as the convenor, with the personal secretary to the NSC chairman serving as a member, and the deputy director acting as the member secretary.

"The NSC has taken into notice several reports in the media about the payment of players in the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League. If players are not paid in due time then it could tarnish the reputation of the Bangladesh Cricket Board, Bangladesh Premier League and the country," the NSC release said.
The ongoing 11th edition of the BPL has been marred by issues of unpaid player wages. Durbar Rajshahi has been at the center of most violations, with their players boycotting a practice session in Chattogram and all foreign recruits refusing to play a match in Dhaka due to non-payment.
