The auction for the Indian Premier League 2018 has begun and some of the top stars have already found homes for themselves in the biggest domestic T20 competition in the world. The biggest shock, however, was Chris Gayle being overlooked as none of the teams made a bid for the Calypso King.

Shikhar Dhawan to Sunrisers Hyderabad for 5.2 crore rupees (RTM used to oust Kings XI Piunjab)

Ravi Ashwin to Kings XI Punjab for 7.7 crore rupees

Kieron Pollard to Mumbai Indians for 5.4 crore rupees (RTM used to oust Delhi Daredevils)

Ben Stokes to Rajasthan Royals for 12.5 crore rupees

Faf du Plessis to Chennai Super Kings for 1.6 crore rupees (RTM used to oust Kings XI Punjab)

Ajinkya Rahane to Rajasthan Royals to 4 crore rupees (RTM used to Kings XI Punjab)
