In the video message, Shah urged the players to go for an online course and learn how to get through this difficult time of coronavirus being at home and strengthen the mind while discussing with the course teacher or doctor.

"There are online courses that you can do and connect with online health teachers who can help you get through this difficult time. I know you are not out there practically playing cricket but it's a really good time to strengthen your mind by discussing stuffs. You're being vulnerable at a certain stage of your career or while you're playing or you might be nervous and then try addressed that. You have plenty of time to practice you're, you know whatever exercise say if you're working with the psychologist they will give you the exercise for your mind, to gets stronger your mind, don't think this is a waste of time sitting at home. That's what I'm trying to say," Owais Shah said that.

Shah was also a coach of Rajhshahi Royals in the last year Bangladesh Premier League [BPL] said that he don't believe in wasting any time whether a player has to be idle in their home, a player can do and learn numerous things to improve himself. Shah also said that as a person and a coach he tries to improve himself with what he has and also try to find different medium to improve himself. Also, he thinks that passing time by sleeping and watching TV is a worst thing a player will do rather than he suggests to be productive and learn something for the betterment of their own mental sake.

"I don't believe in wasting my time, just because I can't leave my house. I still believe in productive inside my house and I can connect with the rest of the world via the internet, see what I can learn. I want to constantly improve as a person as a coach and I'm looking at different avenues to improve myself. Everything is out there, you just got to see what information is needed for you, what works for you," Shah added.

"I think the worst thing a player can do just sleep and waste their time watching Television day after day because at the end of the day you can't leave your home, so why not be productive for those month or maybe six weeks however long the lockdown is. Be productive and learn something and better yourselves and for mental health, you have to reach out and practice on to get better at it," Owais Shah concluded.
