Morgan in doubt against Bangladesh

England can receive a severe blow ahead of their game against Bangladesh as their skipper Eoin Morgan could be hit with two-match ban for slow over rate against Pakistan.
The hosts went 20 minutes over their allotted time during the World Cup defeat to Pakistan at Trent Bridge and their skipper could be hit with an ICC reprimand.
England went 20 minutes beyond their allotted three-a-half hours to bowl their 50 overs, which could bring about a hefty punishment.
Such a breach matches a "serious over-rate offence" under ICC guidelines and should bring about a two-match ban.
If the match referee opts to act, Morgan - who was banned during the ODI series against Pakistan last month for the same offence - would miss this Friday's game against Bangladesh in Cardiff and the West Indies in Southampton.
However, Morgan is confident he will not be suspended for England's slow over-rate and said the umpires informed him England were within the regulations and does not expect a reprimand.
"I think our over rate is good "With about three overs to go we were level," Morgan was quoted by The Cricketer on Monday.
"I don't wear a watch. The umpires are my gauge and they said I was level with about three overs to go.
"It wasn't an issue. If it does become an issue we'll have to address it but it is normally alright."
His unavailability can be a huge blow for England as the favorites are expected to take on confident Bangladesh in their next game- a team that raised their morale through earning a 21-run win over South Africa in their opening game.
