Former Indian opener and cricket analyst Aakash Chopra tipped off South Africa against Bangladesh. He thinks it’s dangerous if you take Bangladesh lightly.
Bangladesh have played in the quarter-final of the 2015 World Cup, they have also played the semifinal of champions trophy and final of Asia Cup 2018. Just before the World Cup Bangladesh have won their first trophy after beating West Indies in the tri-nation series final.
Aakash thinks taking Bangladesh lightly in a tournament like World Cup will be a big mistake for South Africa.

“Taking Bangladesh lightly is dangerous. They also played in the quarterfinals of the last World Cup. They also played in the Asia Cup final. They are performing consistently. They are moving forward as a team and doing well.”
Bangladesh will play South Africa on Sunday in their opening World Cup match. Their opponent South Africa will want to bounce back after their abysmal defeat against England. But Bangladesh wants to start their campaign with a win.
But Aakash thinks South Africa is a favorite in this match.
“South Africa lost to England but we can’t rule them out just now. I believe they will come back and come back strongly. This team is very talented.” He said.
South Africa has the bitter experience of losing against Bangladesh in the 2007 World Cup. They again lost the series against Bangladesh in 2015.
