Bangladesh national cricket team called off today's training session at the Islamabad Club Cricket Oval due to rain ahead of the second Test against Pakistan.
Tigers scripted history by claiming a 10-wicket win over Pakistan in the opening Test, registering a maiden win over the Men in Green in the Test format.
The tourists were scheduled to begin their preparation for the second Test today, however heavy pouring at the venue forced them to cancel their practice.
Bangladesh opener Mahmudul Hasan Joy, who had missed the first Test owing to a groin injury was back into the practice with the bat but could not take it afterwards.
Bangladesh 'A' team's second one-dayer against Pakistan Shaheens is also under cloud due to bad weather, scheduled to be held in Islamabad tomorrow.
The Tigers are currently leading the two-match Test series 2-0. The second Test between Bangladesh and Pakistan will begin on August 30 at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
