Shanto, Naim tons lead Abahani to commanding win over Prime Bank

Najmul Hossain Shanto and Mohammad Naim both scored centuries to lead Abahani to a 58-run victory over Prime Bank Cricket Club in Mirpur as the Dhaka Premier League (DPL) at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium.
Chasing a mammoth 342-run target, Mushfiqur Rahim scored a century with 111 runs off 105 balls, but failed to hand Prime Bank a win as they were all out for 283 in 49.4 overs.
Pacers Taskin Ahmad and Tanzim Hasan Sakib claimed three wickets each for Abahani.
Earlier, Shanto and opener Naim's impressive batting helped the table-toppers to score 341-4 after being asked to bat first
Towhid Hridoy also chipped in with a brisk 35-ball 65 and remained unbeaten till the end as Abahani scored 128 runs in the final 10 overs.
In another matches of DPL, Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club's captain Nurul Hasan Sohan scored an unbeaten 76 off 75 balls to chase down 206 runs and lead his team to a five-wicket victory over Partex Sporting Club at Khan Shaheb Osman Ali Stadium in Fatullah.
While, Legends of Rupganj bowled out Gazi Tyres Cricket Academy for 150, and then Rupganj opener Tawfique Khan Tushar scored 114 runs off 66 balls to lead his team to a 10-wicket win in 19.2 overs at BKSP Ground 3.
