Mayank Yadav shined with the ball to cruise Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) to a commanding 28-run win against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).
Mayank was the pick of the bowling attack, taking three wickets conceding 14 runs in his four overs.
Lucknow Super Giants started off with spin at both ends, thus stifling Virat Kohli and Faf du Plessis in the first two overs in Royal Challengers Bengaluru's chase of 182.
LSG dominated RCB bowlers after being invited to bat first. Quinton de Kock scored 81 off 56 balls before falling to Reece Topley in the 17th over.
RCB made a comeback in the final overs as LSG's run rate dropped between the 15th and 18th overs.
Nicholas Pooran then hit a few big shots in the last two overs, ending unbeaten on 40 off 21. LSG finished their innings on 181/5 in 20 overs.
