Rajasthan beat Delhi in last over thriller

Rajasthan Royals picked up a 12-run win against Delhi Capitals in the match-9 of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur.


Earlier, Riyan Parag led Rajasthan as they fought back and ended up putting up a total of 185/5 in 20 overs. Parag finished unbeaten on 84 off 45 balls.

Batting first, Yashasvi Jaiswal fell early to Mukesh Kumar after which Sanju Samson was sent back by the brilliant Khaleel Ahmed in the last over of the powerplay.


Kuldeep Yadav then removed Jos Buttler, who could only score 11 runs from 16 balls.


Ravichandran Ashwin then provided RR with some momentum, after which Riyan Parag led their resurgence. Parag reached his half-century in 34 balls.
