Bangladesh beat New Zealand XI by 26 runs in their 50-over warm-up match at the Bert Sutcliffe Oval in Lincoln.
All-round brilliance from Rishad Hossain taking three wickets after an 87-run innings helped Bangladesh secure an emphatic win against the Kiwis.
Bangladesh successfully defended a 335-run target, bundling out the Kiwis for 308 in 49.2 overs.
Skipper Bharat Popli scored the highest 92 runs and Sandeep Patel scored 89. Leg-spinner Rishad was the pick of the bowlers with a three wickets, while Hasan Mahmum and Afif Hossain took two apiece.
Earlier, Bangladesh set an impressive total of 334-10. Rishad Hossain stole the show with a blistering 87 off 54 deliveries, comprising 11 fours and four sixes, pushing the team beyond the 300-run mark.
Opening batsman Tanzid Hasan notched up a brisk 58 off 46 balls, forming a crucial 101-run partnership for the second wicket alongside Soumya Sarkar, who contributed 59 off 56 balls.
Anamul Haque, Tanzid's opening partner, added a quick 33 off 26 deliveries, setting a strong foundation for Bangladesh's innings.
Litton Das, back in action, batted at number four and scored 55 off 63 balls. On the other hand, the likes of Towhid Hridoy and Afif Hossain failed with the bat.
