The hero of England World Cup final Ben Stokes confirmed that he didn't say anything to the umpires regarding the cancellation of the four overthrow runs in the final of World Cup 2019.

One of the biggest events of the July 14 final was the overthrow on the fourth ball of the final over bowled by Trent Boult.  Martin Guptill's throw struck the bat of diving Stokes and went for four. That helped England to draw the match on fifty overs and at last England won the final by boundary counts.
