Dhaka Dynamites official hinted they are yet to make up their mind about next captain in the upcoming edition of Bangladesh premier league. with the arrival of Eoin Morgan in the side who had played a pivotal role in England's World Cup success through his aggressive captaincy will be one of the major contenders to lead the Dynamites in the upcoming edition of BPL.
Shakib Al Hasan led Dhaka Dynamites in the last three editions of BPL. Under his captaincy, Dynamites won the title of 2016 BPL. And they were the runner up in the last two editions of BPL. Shakib is also the captain Bangladesh team in the T20 format. Shakib has vast experience of playing T20 leagues all around the World.
But with the arrival of World Cup-winning captain Morgan the official of the Dynamites are in a spot of bother to who to lead Dynamites in the next edition of BPL. They also didn't decide about the captaincy yet. Dhaka Dynamites chief executive Obaid Nizam talked with Cricfrenzy regarding this matter.
"We have to think about it[ captaincy] because you know we have Shakib with us and he is leading the side for quite some time,’’ Obaid said to Cricfrenzy.
Shakib has captained a lot of legendary in the BPL before. Kumar Sangakkara, Mahela Jayawardane, Shahid Afridi are one of them. But with the arrival of Morgan will he be stripped off from captaincy? That's the biggest question now.
