“We have received the report. But we haven’t finalised anything yet. We have some observations. I want to play all the matches in a single venue. BCB President, CEO are now currently at London. We will take a decision regarding the matter very shortly,” said Jalal.
If everything goes to plan, Bangladesh will play three ODIs against Sri Lanka in the Island nation on July 25, 27 and 29 respectively.
Bangladesh head coach Steve Rhodes said that he is not sure whether they will get Mashrafe with them but indicated they are prepared for the Sri Lanka
‘’Oh, the Sri Lanka Tour. Yeah, I mean, he's our leader. If he's on that plane to Sri Lanka, fine. If he's decided else different, then fine, we move on. That actually is life. If he's with us, great, let's take that into consideration and win the games in Sri Lanka. If he's not with us, let's move on,’’ he said.
