Unknown attackers fired at the house gate early Monday, but no one was injured.
Police have launched an investigation, with local officials assuring Naseem’s family that the culprits will be caught.
The incident has not affected Naseem’s plans, and he is expected to feature fully in the three-match ODI series starting Tuesday, as well as the T20I tri-series with Zimbabwe later this month.
It is also unclear whether either of his cricketer brothers, Hunain or Ubaid, were present at the house at the time.
