The series will include two Test matches followed by three T20 Internationals.
Ireland are due to land in Bangladesh on 6 November.
The tour will start with the first Test at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium (SICS) on 11 November, while the second Test will be held at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium (SBNCS), Dhaka, from 19 November.
This will be the first-ever full Test series between the two nations.
Their only previous Test clash was in April 2023 at the SBNCS, where Bangladesh registered a seven-wicket win.
After the Test series, action will shift to Chattogram for the three-match T20I series at the Bir Shrestha Shaheed Flight Lieutenant Motiur Rahman Cricket Stadium (BSSFLMRCS), scheduled for 27 November, 29 November, and 2 December.
If everything goes according to plan, the Mirpur Test will be Mushfiqur Rahim’s 100th Test match.
Mushfiqur has played 98 Tests for Bangladesh so far. If he remains injury-free, the experienced batsman is expected to feature in both Tests of the series. He will become the first Bangladeshi cricketer to achieve the milestone of playing 100 Tests.
Mominul Haque is second on the list with 73 Tests, followed by Shakib Al Hasan (71 Tests) and Tamim Iqbal (70 Tests).
