The remaining two games will be played at the same venue on Saturday and Sunday, with all fixtures starting at 1:30 pm local time.
The team will be strengthened by the return of seasoned all-rounder Sean Williams, who last appeared in the format against Bangladesh on 12 May 2024.
Veteran wicketkeeper-batter Brendan Taylor has also been recalled after a long absence from T20 internationals.
Brad Evans and Tadiwanashe Marumani are the other additions, while Newman Nyamhuri, Wessly Madhevere, Vincent Masekesa and Tafadzwa Tsiga have been left out from the squad that featured in last month’s tri-series against New Zealand and South Africa.
This series serves as another important step in Zimbabwe’s bid to build a stable core of players ahead of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Africa Qualifier, which will also be hosted in Harare later this month.
