Batting first at home, Multan Sultans got off to a flying start, smashing 79 runs in the Powerplay. Openers Yasir Khan and Mohammad Rizwan launched a brutal assault on the Lahore bowlers.
Introduced in the 7th over, Rishad was struck for a six on the final delivery of his first over, conceding 10 runs.
He returned in the 12th over and gave away 12 runs before coming back stronger in his third and fourth overs. The 21-year-old broke a 70-run partnership by dismissing Usman Khan for 39, caught by Asif Afridi. In his final over, Rishad claimed the wicket of Aston Turner (15), caught by Zaman Khan.

His final figures read 4-0-45-2, including two fours and three sixes. Only Haris Rauf was more expensive, leaking 54 runs in 3 overs.

Lahore Qalandars' bowling attack struggled overall, with Shaheen Afridi, Asif Afridi, and Sikandar Raza picking up one wicket each.
Multan piled on a massive total of 228 for 5, fueled by Yasir Khan’s explosive 87 off 44 balls and a late cameo from Iftikhar Ahmed, who smashed 40 off just 18 deliveries. Rizwan (32 off 17) and Usman Khan (39 off 24) also made significant contributions.
Lahore now face a daunting task to chase down 229 and keep their winning streak alive in the PSL.
