BCB grants three players NOC for PSL as Litton to skip Zimbabwe series
Nahid Rana, Litton Das, Rishad Hossain
Bangladesh cricketers Litton Das and Rishad Hossain have received full clearance to participate in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2024, while young fast bowler Nahid Rana will join the tournament at a later stage due to national team commitments.

The 10th edition of PSL is set to begin on April 11, just four days before Zimbabwe arrives in Bangladesh for a two-match Test series. This initially raised concerns over Litton and Nahid’s availability, with speculation suggesting that the Bangladesh Cricket Board might not grant them No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for the tournament.

However, a BCB source confirmed that board has now cleared all three players to play in the PSL.

CF understands Litton and Rishad have been granted full-season clearance, while Nahid will remain in Bangladesh until the end of the first Test against Zimbabwe.

Nahid was picked by Peshawar Zalmi in the Gold category during the PSL draft, while Liton joined Karachi Kings and Rishad Hossain was signed by Lahore Qalandars.
Like Nahid, Liton is a regular member of Bangladesh’s Test squad. However, considering Zimbabwe’s relative inexperience in red-ball cricket, the BCB has decided to grant the wicketkeeper-batter full clearance to play in the PSL.
