Miraz has been named the Test vice-captain, serving as deputy to Test skipper Najmul Hossain Shanto, who will remain in charge until the end of the ongoing ICC World Test Championship cycle.
In ODIs, Shanto will take on the vice-captaincy under Miraz, who was appointed the format’s captain earlier in June for a one-year term.
Saif has been promoted to T20I vice-captain following his steady and impressive run in the shortest format.
Litton Das will continue to lead the T20 side up to the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026.
