The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is set to organize a Level-Three coaching course in Mirpur from 15–19 September, aimed at advancing the country’s promising coaches who have already completed Level-One or Level-Two certifications.

To conduct the program, BCB is bringing in three Australian experts- Ross Turner, Allan Campbell and Geoff Lawson, a BCB source confirmed to Cricfrenzy.

The source also informed that BCB President Aminul Islam Bulbul will also be involved. This marks the first Level-Three course hosted entirely by BCB, following a 16-year gap since ICC and ACC last arranged one in Bangladesh in 2009.

Turner, a former ICC Global Development Manager, has long ties with Bangladesh, having worked as BCB Academy coach in 2011 and later as part of the board’s long-term strategic plan (2015–18).

Campbell specializes in high-performance coaching and talent management, with experience as high-performance manager for IPL side Punjab Kings. Around 20–25 local coaches are expected to participate.

Ahead of the main course, BCB will hold a batting coaches’ workshop on 10–12 September at Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium.

Australian coach Ashley Ross, assistant coach of Victoria’s state team and Director of Coaching at Cricket Victoria, will lead the sessions alongside an assistant.
