India pacer Mohammed Siraj and Bangladesh batter Litton Das were involved in a sledging incident that lured lots of criticism during the second day of the first Test at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium.
The incident occurred during Bangladesh's 14th over of their innings. Siraj came to bowl the first ball of the over, which Litton played quite comfortably off the back foot. In his follow-up, Siraj had a few words for Liton.

The Bangladesh batter, instead of letting it go, decided to have a charge at Siraj. The mind games seemed to affect Liton Das' concentration as he lost his wicket on the very next delivery.
Siraj stuck to his stump-to-stump line and the ball stayed a bit low, taking the under edge of the bat before crashing into the stumps.
However, Siraj botched away the heat exchange between him and Liton on the field and said he warned Liton to play sensible cricket.
"I told him that it's Test format... not T20 so play sensible cricket. I was trying to bowl according to the line-length, but the ball was low and the plan was to hit the stumps. There was no other plans," Siraj told the media.
Both Siraj and Virat Kohli were fired-up and mocked Das' actions while celebrating his wicket.
