Sharear Sakib's century and half-centuries by Mohammad Shihab James and Jishan Alam helped Bangladesh U19 draw the solitary four-day game against Pakistan U19 on Monday at the Multan Cricket Stadium in Multan.

Bangladesh resumed their second innings at 60 for one in pursuit of a 411-run target, scoring 357 for six in 92 overs when stumps were drawn.

Sakib and Jishan added 166 runs for the third wicket to give their team a chance of chasing down the massive target.

Jishan was the first to return to the hut, having scored 81 off 97 balls, including nine fours and three sixes.

Sakib was joined by Shihab and the pair combined for 53 runs for the fourth wicket. Sakib led his team in scoring with 134 off 202 balls and 21 fours.

Shihab finished with an undefeated 130-ball 85, hitting 11 fours and one six.

For Pakistan, Mohammad Ibtisam and Mohammad Ismail bagged two wickets apiece.

Pakistan and Bangladesh will now compete in three 45-over matches and two T20s at the same venue from November 10 to November 18.
