New Zealand announced squad for the upcoming three series against Scotland, Ireland, and the Netherlands.

New Zealand’s experienced players like Kane Williamson, Devon Conway, Tim Southee, and Trent Boult have been given rest for the series.

Tom Latham will lead the side for the ODI series against Ireland. He will also lead the team in the one-off ODI against Scotland.

Mitchell Santner will captain in three Twenty20 Internationals against Ireland in Belfast, three more against Scotland in Edinburgh and two against the Netherlands in the Hague.

New Zealand cricket announced that these players have been left out due to “commitment to player wellbeing”.

South African-born left-arm wrist spinner Michael Rippon has earned the maiden call-up in the squad after being eligible moving to New Zealand five years ago.
