Root climbs to second in Test runs

The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Thursday has released a list of the greatest all-rounders in T20I cricket. Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan was ranked third among all legendary cricketers, with 408 points.
The players and rating points of the cricketers have been mentioned by the ICC, the highest governing body of cricket.
Australian all-rounder Shane Watson sits at the top of the list with 557 points. Pakistan's Shahid Afridi is in second place with 412 points.

Glenn Maxwell is in fourth place, with 363 points, followed by India's Yuvraj Singh, who has won two World Cups in two editions.
Sri Lanka’s Sanath Jayasuriya (362) and Mohammad Nabi (355) of Afghanistan have been placed at number six and number seven, respectively.
David Hussey (350) Marlon Samuels (321) and Chris Gayle (300) complete the list.
Another Bangladesh all-rounder Mahmudullah Riyad acquired number 17th position in the all-rounder rankings.
