IPL suspended for one week over India-Pakistan conflict

West Indies and Punjab Kings wicket-keeper batsman Nicholas Pooran will contribute a portion of his IPL salary to support the Indian people as the world faces a serious second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Pooran announced it on Twitter. "Although many other countries are still being affected by the pandemic, the situation in India right now is particularly severe. I will do my part to bring awareness and financial assistance to this dire situation. #PrayForIndia,"

Punjab Kings also announce on Twitter that they have pledged funds towards providing oxygen concentrators across the country.
