BCB announces Tigress squad against South Africa's emerging women's team

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has announced a 22-member Bangladesh Emerging Women's team ahead of the series against South Africa's emerging women's team.


Wicketkeeper Nigar Sultana will captain the Bangladesh side. Apart from Nigar Sultana, national team star cricketers like Rumana Ahmed, Salma Khatun and Jahanara Alam are also included in the squad.


South Africa is set to arrive in Bangladesh on March 28 to play a five-match ODI series. They have to undergo three-day quarantine in Sylhet, the visitors will start practicing on April 1.


The teams will take on each other with the first ODI on April 4.
