In the fourth and final Covid-19 test on Tuesday, all members of Bangladesh's national cricket team in New Zealand have tested Corona negative. As a result, the tourists' two-week quarantine period will end on Wednesday, and the team will head to Queenstown form Christchurch for a five-day camp.
Jalal Younus, the team leader and director of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), told the media that the team's final group practice sessions were held on Tuesday. From Wednesday, the team will be able to travel as a unit.
After a successful quarantine, New Zealand government will not impose any restrictions on Bangladesh team members. However, Jalal mentioned that BCB has decided to set its own Covid-19 guidelines as a precaution.

“It is good that we have been able to finish the quarantine on a good note. All members have tested negative. We must credit the effort that has been put by all members of the team for being careful and patient during this time,” said Jalal to the media on Tuesday.
“We have another three weeks of stay here (in New Zealand) and we have to be careful. We are free to move but still we will have our own guidelines,” BCB media committee chairman Jalal added.
