Bangladesh left-arm pacer Mustafizur Rahman has a mindset to bring new variation in his bowling as cutter master was practicing in-swing to increase the edge in his bowling during their practice session on Thursday ahead of the second ODI. The team's bowling coach Ottis Gibson is assisting the Bangladeshi fast bowler in that task.
Mustafiz caught the eye of world cricket with his magnificent cutter ball. However, he could not reign for long. Because of the help of technology, cricketers from other countries have mastered the game of cutting the ball of this left-arm pacer. After that, when he got injured he couldn't not strike back like before.

The left-arm pacer was also quite successful in the BCB President's Cup and Bangabandhu T20 Cup. Fiz also made a great start against the West Indies on Wednesday’s match with two wickets for 20 runs in six overs. In that match, he bowled several in-swing deliveries.

The position of the wrist is very important for in-swing delivery. He has been quite successful in the first ODI by working on it. Gibson is optimistic that Mustafiz will succeed in delivering more in-swing deliveries ahead of the series.
"He's worked hard, the experience of working with him is also quite good. It is a pleasure to work with him. We're trying to get the ball in, we've worked a lot on his wrist position." said Gibson.
“He has already proven that he can swing the ball inwards if he brings his wrist position in the right place. Hopefully, he will do better from here and in the matches ahead you will see more balls swinging inwards.” he added.
