Only three Bangladeshi batters reached double digits — Sharmin Akhter (38 off 43), Shorna Akter (20 off 21), and Dilara Akter (10 off 10) — as the team struggled throughout the chase.

Bangladesh's innings faltered early, losing four wickets for just 22 runs by the sixth over. A 48-run fifth-wicket partnership between Sharmin and Shorna provided some hope, but Delany’s breakthrough in the 13th over dismissed Shorna, triggering a collapse. The final five wickets fell for just 17 runs, with Sharmin departing as the eighth batter in the 17th over.
