Sri Lankan fast bowler Dilshan Madushanka has been ruled out of the third ODI and ongoing Bangladesh series due to a left hamstring injury.
The 23-year-old sustained the injury during the second ODI. He had to leave the field while bowling in the second ODI, prompting concerns about his condition.

Following the incident, an MRI scan was conducted on Madushanka, confirming the left hamstring injury, Sri Lanka Cricket said.

"Dilshan Madushanka will not further take part in the ongoing tour as the bowler will return to start rehabilitation work after suffering an injury during the 2nd ODI. Madushanka, who left the field during the second ODI while bowling, has suffered a left hamstring injury, as confirmed by an MRI scan performed on the player," the statement read.
Madhushanka's injury will further aggravate Sri Lanka's woes, as they have already been dealt a blow with the injury of another fast bowler Matheesha Pathirana.
The three-match ODI series is currently level at 1-1 and the series decider will be held on March 18 at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium, Chattogram.
