Prime Bank, who were put in to bat first, struggled to build any momentum, with only Mushfiqur Rahim providing any significant resistance.
Despite his valiant effort, scoring 77 off 75 balls, no other batsman was able to step up and support him, except Shahadat Dipu's 33 leaving Prime Bank's total at a below-par 244 all out in 49.1 overs.
Fast bowler Ebadot Hossain was the pick of the bowlers for Sheikh Jamal, claiming 4-41 to restrict Prime Bank's batting line-up.
With this win, Sheikh Jamal maintains their position at the top of the table and looks well set to defend their title.
