Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan send a warm message to the children on the mother’s day which is taking care of the mother as they are in the most vulnerable situation due to the coronavirus.

The left-handed all-rounder has always said before that the mothers are the real all-rounder of our life. But facing the current situation Shakib is saying that it is the time of the children to take the responsibility of their mother and take good care of them.  

"Throughout our lives, they took care of us. They helped us differentiate between right and wrong, differentiate between being careful and reckless. The deadly coronavirus is more likely to affect them because of their age and health conditions, so it is time for us to take better care of them, be watchful of them, remind them to maintain the norms of social distancing and maintain proper hygiene. This time it is our responsibility to take care of them," Shakib Al Hasan posted on his official Facebook to greet all the mothers on the mothers day.

Mother's Day is a celebration honoring the mother of the family, as well as motherhood, maternal bonds, and the influence of mothers in society. Mother's Day is observed in more than 46 countries and on this day, many people pray for their mothers, while some gift them presents on this day to express their love.

In most countries, Mother's Day is an observance derived from the holiday as it has evolved in the United States. As adopted by other countries and cultures, the holiday has different meanings, is associated with different events, it can be religious, historical or legendary, and is also celebrated on different dates.
