Bangladesh skipper Mashrafee bin Murtaza said that they still is not losing hope of qualifying in the semifinal as he feel if they can win their last three matches it is very much possible.
Bangladesh could have been in a firm place for the semi-final spot if they had beaten Australia but according to Mashrafee their 48-run loss did not shut all the doors to stake a claim beyond the group stage.

Bangladesh will play with three Asian neighbors Afghanistan, India and Pakistan and if they can win all the three matches and if they are supported by the lady luck there is always a possibility to play the semi-final in the ongoing World Cup.
‘’I think still you never know [whether we can reach semi-final or not],’’ said Mashrafee.
‘’Still what we can do, I think, we have still three matches left. We have to play hard and then let's see and it's going to be difficult for sure, even if we can able to win all those three matches, still we have to look and have to see what's going on,’’ he said.
‘’But I think from us, I think it's very important to finish all those three matches, especially one at a time,’’ he said.
‘’I think at the stage we thought in the middle of the tournament, you know, a few strays going on and a few matches will end up in the top 4, a few were lost, a few matches, and the tournament will go in a different way, but it's certainly not -- but still I think it's still a few matches left, you never know. Let's see,’’ he concluded
