Shakib to play in the Canadian Global T20 league

Bangladesh’s ace all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan is all set to play in the upcoming Canadian Global Twenty20 league, according to the official website of the tournament.
Shakib is expected to play for the Brampton Wolves in the CGT20 league.
Shakib has played franchise leagues all around the World. He has played in the Bangladesh premier league ( BPL ), Indian Premier League ( IPL ), Caribbean premier league ( CPL ), Pakistan Super League ( PSL ) and Big Bash League ( BBL).
In Brampton Wolves Shakib will play alongside former West Indies captain Darren Sami, former Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi and New Zealand opener Colin Munro.
Shakib is currently playing in the 2019 World Cup. He has been in superb form with the bat.
The global T20 league that consists of 22 matches is scheduled to begin from July 25 while the final will be played on August 11, 2019.
Six teams will take part in the tournament: Brampton Wolves, Edmonton Royals, Montreal Tigers, Toronto Nationals, Vancouver knights and Winnipeg Hawks. A total of 22 matches will be played in this tournament.
