Bangladesh Shakib al Hasan reached another personal milestone as he featured for Bangladesh against New Zealand in the ongoing World Cup at the Oval on Wednesday.
Shakib, reached 250 wickets and 5000 runs milestone in their opening game, played his 200 ODI’s through featuring against New Zealand.

‘’If I contribute for my team you know this stats will take care itself. So I don’t normally look at the stats but you know when people talks about this I obviously feel happy,’’ Shakib told reporters ahead of their game against New Zealand.
While the Bangladeshi super star reached the miles also has the chance of joining Tamim as the second Bangladeshi batsman in the 6,000 runs club, as the left-hander, who is currently Bangladesh’s highest run-getter in World Cup with 615 runs, requires another 208 runs to reach the milestone of getting 6000 ODI runs.
