Former New Zealand captain Brendan McCullum saw Bangladesh’s outright downfall in this World Cup as he predicted the Tigers would win just one match out of nine.
According to the former hard-hitting batsman that Bangladesh’s win would come against Sri Lanka. Such was McCullum’s cynicism on Bangladesh’s ability that he even didn’t think Mashrafe Bin Mortaza’s side will win against Afghanistan.

McCullum believes Bangladesh will lose against South Africa, England, New Zealand, West Indies, Australia, India and Pakistan too. He gave his prediction about all of the teams on Instragam.
McCullum thinks World Cup host England will dominate the most in the group stages by winning 8 matches out of 9 encounters. After that India and Australia are among his favorites list. The former kiwi captain thinks India will also win 8 of the 9 matches.
Australia will win 6 matches and New Zealand will win 5 matches as McCullum’s prediction. The former skipper mulls New Zealand in the semifinal however.
West Indies, South Africa and Pakistan will win 4 matches as per his prediction. McCullum also put Afghanistan ahead of Bangladesh by forecasting that they will win 2 matches in the group stage.
Bangladesh and Sri Lanka are at the bottom of McCullum list with just one win.
