It’s the toughest decision I've ever been a part of : Eoin Morgan

English Captain Eion Morgan thinks selecting the final squad for the World Cup is the toughest decision he has ever made. England declared their final 15 member squad on May 21, inclusion of Jofra Archer and Liam Dawson saw the exclusion of Joe Denly and David Willey. These two guys were an integral part of the team since 2015.
"It was the toughest decision I've ever been a part of, certainly with this group," said Morgan.
But as upset Morgan is, he has no doubt that this decision is right decision for England and these types of bold decision are needed to win the World Cup.

"To leave two guys out, one who has been around for the last four years and been a big part of everything we've done on and off the field, and the other is an exceptionally talented cricketer. It's unfortunate for those who missed out but it was the right call."
England cricket were shaken up recently by the Alex Hales failed drugs test. Which provided a particularly unwelcome distraction in recent weeks, but the English batsmen fired with all cylinders at the absence of Hales. It hasn’t been smooth for England but they overcome that incident together as a team.
"I wouldn't say it's been smooth, I'd say we've been better equipped at dealing with anything that's cropped up, certainly as a group," said Morgan.
"We hadn't planned exactly for that, we'd planned for instances when the [team] culture had been tested or individually we'd been tested," Morgan added.
England’s form has been red hot this year. They are the number one ranked team in the ODI in this moment. They are host nation of this year’s World Cup and their dominating series win over Pakistan has made them the most favorite to win the 2019 ODI World Cup.
