The International Cricket Council’s chairman Shashank Manohar arrived at Dhaka on Wednesday on a four-day visit in Bangladesh.
Shashank, who arrived through a chartered plane, will be the first ICC chairman to visit Bangladesh.

“Shashank Manohar landed here in Dhaka just few minutes ago. He will come to visit at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium on Friday to watch the final of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL),” Jalal Yunus told media on Wednesday.
“He comes here at an invitation of the BCB. But the other discussion might be remained during his four-day stay in Bangladesh,” Jalal told media.
The ICC chairman is expected to visit the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur on Thursday discussion with the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) President Nazmul Hassan Papon.
The BCB will arrange a reception in honour of Shashank while he is expected to hold a meeting with PM Sheikh Hasina as well as visit some of the prominent places in the capital.
