Shubman and Vijay to take-over Rahul and Pandya

The two youth, Shubnam Gill and Vijay Shankar has been called up by the India team management to constitute the limited overs squad. The two players replaced the existed players in the squad which includes Hardik Pandya and Lokesh Rahul.
None of them was there in the squad in either of the two tours held in Australia and New Zealand. However, after forming controversial statements, they had to come back to their country amidst the tournament.

In the second one-day of the series against Australia the all-rounder Vijay will join the squad. However, Shubnam Gill has not been kept in the squad against Australia. But he will be joining the squad in the New Zealand series which will be commenced from 23rd January.
The bowling all-rounder Vijay had his debut in T-20 match in Nidahas Trophy where he played 5 matches and took 3 wickets. It’s probable that he can have his one-day debut in Australia Series.
On the other side, Shubnam Gill never ever put the Indian jersey before. There is a high chance that this 19 years batsman can have his debut against New Zealand in one-day and T-20 series. Last time he performed outstandingly in the U-19 world cup.
If they can succeed in performing outrageous in these series, they might get a shot at the World Cup.
