Bangladesh to play in the United States of America

The Bangladesh cricket team are set to play in the United
States of America in August in a tri-nation series featuring Pakistan and West
Indies, Pakistan Cricket Board chairman Najam Sethi told Dawn.

He also admitted that West Indies will be touring Pakistan
at the end of March to play a 3-match T20I series in Lahore. This series was
supposed to be played in November last year, but a thick smog in Lahore coupled
with some major West Indies players’ commitment to the Bangladesh Premier
League forced the series to be postponed.
Najam Sethi revealed that the tri-nation could happen in the
venues in Florida and Houston. This will be the first time that the Tigers will
play in the United States of America while representing the national team.
Given that there are a lot of Bangladeshi in the USA, there
will be no dearth of support for the Tigers.
