Meanwhile, MI New York, the MLC 2024 champions, have kept Kieron Pollard, Trent Boult, Nicholas Pooran, and Rashid Khan, while parting ways with Kagiso Rabada, Anrich Nortje, Dewald Brevis, and Tim David.

Texas Super Kings will once again feature Faf du Plessis and Devon Conway, with Marcus Stoinis and Afghanistan’s Noor Ahmad also retained. However, they have released Mitchell Santner, Matheesha Pathirana, Daryl Mitchell, and Naveen-ul-Haq.

Several domestic players have also been released, including Steven Taylor (New York), Shehan Jayasuriya (Seattle Orcas), and Jasdeep Singh (Washington Freedom).

The MLC 2025 Draft is scheduled to take place on February 19.
