Chasing a target of 153 after restricting Sylhet to 152-9, Miraz anchored the innings with a brilliant 70 off 50 balls, guiding Khulna to their fourth win in nine matches with just one ball to spare. The victory elevated Khulna to fourth place in the standings for the time being.

Miraz set the tone with an opening partnership of 65 runs alongside Naim Sheikh, who contributed 20 runs before falling to Nihaduzzaman. Despite Shamiullah Shinwari dismissing Afif Hossain for 3 and creating some tension, Miraz’s composed knock, which included eight boundaries and two sixes, kept Khulna on track.
Miraz eventually departed, dismissed by Nihaduzzaman, who returned figures of 2-25. However, Alex Ross (23) and William Bosisto (19) ensured the victory, with Bosisto sealing the win with a six as Khulna reached 156-4.

Earlier, Sylhet Strikers struggled to capitalize on a strong start after opting to bat first. Despite losing opener Rony Talukdar in the first over, George Munsey and Zakir Hasan kept the runs flowing with a 74-run partnership off just 40 balls. Munsey top-scored with a blazing 58 off 32 balls, including six fours and four sixes, while Zakir contributed 44 off 32 deliveries.

However, the innings unraveled after Abu Haider Rony dismissed Munsey, sparking a collapse that saw Sylhet lose eight wickets for just 77 runs in 12.2 overs. Salman Irshad dismantled the middle order, while Hasan Mahmud cleaned up the tail.
Rony, Salman, and Hasan each claimed two wickets, setting up a solid foundation for Khulna’s eventual triumph.
